Women of all hair types unite! With exception to One and Only (brand that can be found in Sally’s Beauty Supply), Argan oil can now be found in your beauty supply stores, in a wide range of products from a deep conditioner, to a glosser, to an oil sheen.
Argan oil is a product that can be found in the northern African country of Morocco and it is an indigenous product to the area. Argan oil is rich in Vitamin E, Omega-6, essential fatty acids and antioxidants. Argan oil also has restorative properties. Argan oil is excellent for conditioning, hydrating, and adding shine. This has made it one of the hottest products on the market right now for hair.
Creme of Nature’s line is great for natural hair, chemically treated hair and damaged hair of all textures.
I recently received the entire collection to review and give you my opinion on those products:
Gloss and Shine Polisher: This is a great product if you want a quick burst of shine to your hair. It is great to apply to damp hair to blowdry or to use on dried hair to protect while using any form of heat styling.
Foaming Wrap Lotion: This is my favorite product of all! I love the control it gives when setting my hair and it leaves the hair very soft and easy to comb out, leaving the hair with lots of body. I wrap my hair once a week and whether it is relaxed or not, this product aids in manageability.
Gloss and Shine Mist: This is a great product for weaves and extentions to give it shine and instantly rejuvenates your hair style. The mist controls frizz, and hydrates dry hair.
Intensive Conditioning Treatment: This little 1.75oz treatment will do so much for your hair. It prevents breakage, moisturizes from the inside out, leaves the hair soft and conditions. I recommend you use this product as a once a week treatment.
Replenishing Sheen Spray: If you are the type of person that loves oil sheen this product is for you. Great to use to put that finishing touch on a hair style. Adds a healthy sheen to braids and moisturizes.
After using all of these products I highly recommend the foaming wrap lotion and the gloss and shine mist. I don’t care for oil sheen, I used it once and let my boys used it before they get ready to brush their hair in the morning, give a very natural sheen too it, not greasy at all. The gloss and shine polisher is ok, but I prefer my products in spray form. It is great to use when the hair is wet to style. Leaves the hair with alot of shine. The intensive conditioner I have to say left my hair very soft and smelling wonderful. I had a few split ends before I used it and poof! They are no more. The products overall smell wonderful and are wonderful!
