When dealing with a concealer palette there are the basic colors that any given palette needs:

• A color one shade lighter than your skin color
• Mint green color to conceal redness (that was missing)
• Yellow or Orange to offset blue or purple lines
• Liliac or blue concealer to hide bruises, birthmarks, or yellow skin color (missing)
• Salmon color to neutralize dark blue undertones

The lilac color is not so important, but the mint green is because we all have redness to hide, so it missing that color was very significant in what I thought about the palette. I would recommend this one to someone that dosent have much to hide, because if you do, this one is not for you.

The colors glide from the palette to the skin easily.  The formula is very heavy, I think you can cover a tattoo easy. Here are some swatches. The first picture is the top row, the second picture is the bottom row (you can click on the photo for a full size view):
