Hard Candy Poppin Pigments are cute little duo loose shadows that deliver pigmented shimmery color. The Sugar and Spice duo features a teal and a white pigment that you can pair up for a sweet and spicy look, or use separately.
The teal pigment is cool toned white based teal.
The white pigment is a true white with very light hints of multicolor shimmer reflects.
They have a fine milled silky texture, and a shimmery pearl finish.
The packaging, I hate. The pigments dispense by shaking out of the little sifter (like some kind of spice). This means that I am going to lose more product because I have to shake this in one place, and then pick it up with a brush to apply. On the bright side, this is going to help my pigments last longer because I will not be dipping a brush in the container, so no cross contamination.
Both pigments do not last over three hours without a primer, so make sure you have some handy. You can apply these and literally blow them off (with no primer) Colors are also more intense and blend better with a primer, but make no mistake they are very intense on their own. I would not recommend using these at all without a primer unless you are trying to carry a handy little vial of fairy dust (which is totally cool and I will not judge you).
I will update the price information for Hard Candy Poppin Pigments Monday, but you can find these at Walmart and Walmart.com
