Hot Or Not? Linge Shoes Ballet Flats

slider-5

Once upon a time ballet flats were characterized as a very uncomfortable shoe. Almost as uncomfortable as a high heel. Ballet flats used to mean squished toes, blisters and inflammation. But that was then, this is now.

Linge shoes has reinvented the ballet flat that offers the most comfortable, flexible, and stylish ballet flats on the market. Best part? These are real ballet shoes that can be worn from the dance studio straight to the streets. They’re flexible and compact, they can be folded up and stored in your purse, glove compartment, or desk drawer to reach for when your *other* shoes start giving your feet trouble.

Linge shoes are made of top-quality, genuine soft leather and features an elastic front band to ensure a cozy fit for every foot. Linge shoes come in a wide assortment of colors and retail for $59, available at lingeshoes.com.

I am not the biggest fan of ballet flats but they do look cute!

I prefer sneakers over ballet flats. Not just for looks but also for comfort. But I do think every girl should at least have one pair of pretty ballet flats.

I do not like flats period, and neither do my feet. They don’t have any support, and at the end of the day, my feet hurt more than if I were wearing heels.

I don’t think I’ve ever worn ballet flats! I don’t have much fashion sense when it comes to shoes, though. I admit, I love my Crocs sandals, and live in them.

Sadly for $59 I will not be grabbing a pair. I need something with a thicker sole and a tad more arch support. :-( I do like all the colors these come in!

  • Noelle

These are so cute but $60 is a little rough.

Not my type, but I can see their appeal.

They seem convenient, but not my style

    $60 for flats.. merrrrp

  • BTBAshley

Pretty color selection. I like flats not the ballet type though. If I caught these on sale, I’d probably pick up a pair.

  • Justina

These are super cute but I probably wouldn’t wear them myself. I need arch support!

Ugh as much as I adore these, the price tag is a bit much! I’d also not recommend wearing these into the dance studio, you’ll bring in glass and dirt! (speaking as a former dancer)

  • http://www.mynewestaddiction.com/ Laura

I love the color selection but that price is pretty steep

  • FabZilla_Kath

I like the color selection but these aren’t my style.

  • Cosmetic Sanctuary

These are really cute, but after a foot injury, I can’t do flats or ballet style – not enough support

  • http://www.painted-ladies.com/ Sheila Arkee

I love the look of flats but my flat feet hate’em!

  • http://theplasticdiaries.com Kimmi @ The Plastic Diaries

I would love to see some made without leather. They are cute.

  • http://www.geniabeme.com/ Eugenia

I would have to see them in person!

  • Anastasia

I’d probably go for “not”, because I prefer different shoe designs.

  • http://www.citizensofbeauty.com/ Citizens of Beauty

They are interesting looking! I like the pink ones.

I’d say not.. maybe as house shoes but not to wear in public.

  • Betzy Carmona

    Not for me

  • http://burymeinredlipstick.com/ Shanta Carson

I’d give them a shot if my foot wasn’t so flat.
