Milani extended it’s Jewel FX line with some more colors and #584 Red just happens to be one of them. Red is not one of the ‘One Coat’ glitters

Milani Jewel FX lacquers are chunky hexagon shaped glitters suspended in a clear lacquer. It appears very dense in the bottle, but not quite the case when you apply.

Red applies very poorly with one coat but improves as you get to the second and third coat. I would suggest using one coat only if you plan on putting it on top of another color for a subtle hint of sparkle. The more coats you use however, the more blinged out your nails will be.  Apply Milani’s Quick Dry Top Coat for a quicker mani!
