We were given press information not so long ago, that Mariah Carey and OPI were teaming up for a collection of lacquers. After releasing that information, OPI showed us on their Facebook Fan Page some new lacquers, called ‘Liquid Sand’, and they seem to be matte, with a very rough texture. I asked you guys about it on my Facebook Fan Page… little did we know, this was part of the Mariah Carey Collection…. hmmm
