Here is today’s question of the day- Would you bailout of a product because it was overhyped by the media?

I did.  Not for good, just for a little while

So the world was introduced to a song by Wale and Miguel. Lotus Flower Bomb.  Innocent enough right?

This fragrance has been totally misconstrued by the ladies. Since the release of the song, paired with the video; I have noticed a few (or ten) ladies call Flowerbomb…. Lotus Flowerbomb…

Ladies.. can we talk?

Flowerbomb is a fragrance produced in 2004 made by Viktor & Rolf, world renowned wizards of fashion from Amsterdam. It is a very sophisticated and beautiful fragrance, with top notes of jasmine, rose, orchid, and freesia, and dries down to a patchouli.

In the beauty and fragrance world, it has always been a cult favorite, kinda like Urban Decay Primer Potion.

But, I put my bottle away. It’s just in my nature to like things that others don’t, that are not so overhyped. Once the hype dies down, I will take her out of the closet again.

I sound petty don’t I? Dahhhh well!
