First up, Covergirl Smoky Shadow Blast. The gift of eyeshadow in the power of an easy roll-on stick. The shadow goes on very smooth and easy. I would caution readers not to put a lot of force on either side of the stick, because they can break very easily. I would also recommend using Urban Decay Primer Potion under this, because it is not very long-lasting. It has the potential to rub right off.
Here are some swatches of the stick ‘Silver Sky’ The color to the right is the step one color, which is a nice sliver color, and the color to the left is the step two color, which is a plum color. It is also the color shown above from Cover Girl’s promo pics. ‘Silver Sky’ is on the left.
Next up, ShineBlast lip gloss.
I can’t say that I am very impressed with this gloss. It is not unique, the packaging is small in my opinion. Overall it is just ‘okay’. Good texture, not sticky, not greasy, not rough or chunky. You cannot build the color on your lips, so really no need to but on coat after coat. Color would be perfect with a coordinating lip liner and this gloss. Here are some swatches, both are without flash:
