Berry Banana Smoothie- This gives a huge calcium, iron and protein boost for your skin!
- 1 cup Strawberries, hulled
- 1/3 cup Frozen blueberries
- 2 Bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1 1/2 fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Soy milk powder
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
