Winter Beauty Preparation Tips With Aquaphor + Giveaway!

Aquaphor1

Winter can be very harsh on the skin. The cold, dry air outside plus the warm indoor heat is a catalyst for dry, cracked skin.  If your hands, nose, ears and lips are exposed, there is a chance they can suffer the wrath of old man winter.

I’ve teamed up with Aquaphor to share some tips on how to prepare your skin for the winter, plus give you a chance to win a $50 Visa Giftcard, plus some Aquaphor Healing Ointment!

Three Essential Aquaphor Winter Tips

  • Wash your hands, then hydrate- don’t get caught washing your hands in this dry weather and not rehydrating with a thick rich handcream.  Use Aquaphor to keep your hands hydrated. For extreme moisture, apply some Aquaphor to your hands before bed and cover them in cotton gloves.
  • Protect that runny nose- Having a red nose like Rudolph will never be a beauty trend. At the on sight of a cold, rub some Aquaphor under your nose to protect the skin from redness and irritation.
  • Soothe chapped lips- Don’t get caught out in the cold, windy weather.  Apply some Aquaphor to your lips on your way out the door to prevent chapped lips.

Giveaway Time!

Now that we have those essential tips under our belt, let’s give away a little cash and Aquaphor shall we? The giveaway will run from 11/5/2013 until 11/19/2013.  US only
